The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depts. These people have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.


Beauty comes as much from the mind as from the eye. Youthful beauty fades with time, but, with cultivation, inner beauty grows richer. Beauty is how you feel inside and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical, we may not be able to control all that happens to us, we can control what happens inside us. Attractiveness and magnetism of one’s personality is the result of his/her inner radiance. People who possess a true inner beauty, their eyes are a little brighter, their skin a little more dewy. They vibrate at a difference frequency

You can take no credit for beauty at sixteen. But if you are beautiful at sixty, it will be your soul’s own doing. The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, nor touched...but are felt in the heart. Beauty is simple reality seen with the eyes of love. The recipe for beauty is to have less illusion and more Soul.

The most important thing you can teach your kids is that you can't put your value in looks. Presence is based upon magnitude. You can pretend to have an air about you but it is quickly deflated, you cannot deflate presence. Presence walks into a room and surrounds and fills anything that's in that room without trying to demand it, it takes over. It can come from a smile. Like I said, love makes you beautiful.
